Ethan Pierce, PA-C is a native of Chattanooga, TN. Ethan graduated from Dalton State University and is a 2022 graduate of the Physician Assistant program at Presbyterian College, Clinton, South Carolina. While in training, Ethan received additional training in Dermatology. He is Board Certified by the NCCPA.
Ethan joined The Carolina Hand Center in 2022. He enjoys seeing patients and explaining pathophysiology and developing treatment plans to help them feel their best. He has received postgraduate certification and training through Allergan and is an injector of Botox and Juvederm products.
Ethan lives in the Spartanburg area and is an avid Tennessee football fan. He enjoys playing pickle ball and tennis as well as hiking with his wife and two dogs.

Ethan Pierce, PA-C, earned his undergraduate degree from Dalton State University, where he established a strong foundation in health sciences. He continued his education at Presbyterian College’s Physician Assistant program, graduating in 2022 with advanced training in medical diagnostics and treatment. Ethan further honed his skills through specialized training in dermatology, gaining valuable experience in treating a wide range of skin and soft tissue conditions. Since joining The Carolina Hand Center, Ethan has applied his expertise to hand and upper extremity care, working closely with the team to provide comprehensive, patient-focused treatments that restore mobility and improve quality of life.
